This is what happens when shunting with too many wagons (600t) and not enough "air" (well actually in had no air at all!) This rake got away from Ararat yard during a shunting move and went down the loco track, unfortunately the turntable was not laying for the track that the out of control shunting movement was on resulting in this spectacular derailment! I believe the T class was 368.
