The Derm described in the previous photo makes its way across the bridge that carried the railway from Echuca to Deniliquin and Balranald over the Murray river. July 8 1978.
In the late 1980's a new rail bridge was constructed across the Murray river. The old bidge shown here was a real traffic problem as road traffic had to be blocked every time a train went across it. |
